Black Diamond Landscaping stands behind its craftsmanship and materials.

  • Limited Warranty: We offer warranties on certain installations (e.g., paver work, turf) as specified in your individual service agreement.

  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, misuse, lack of maintenance, or work performed by third parties.

No other warranties—express or implied—apply beyond what is explicitly stated in writing.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing before work begins.
Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on material procurement or scheduling commitments. Once work has started, refunds are issued only at our discretion and based on the percentage of work completed.
